3 DAYS. 3 CHEFS. 3 MENUS.August 2023. For Copenhagen Fashion Week, NN.07 hosted a 3-day event at Depanneur. A pop-up concept dubbed - Flash Deli. For Flash Deli, tapped 3 friends and talented chefs, asking them to create their own menus inspired by their individual cultures. 3 days. 3 chefs. 3 menus.
Wednesday was hosted by Martin & Jesper from Poulette, who served Taiwanese-inspired Congee with Soy-milk. For lunch and dinner, the menu featured their infamous fried chicken sandwich. Eye-watering and amazing. Thursday was joined by Antonio from Piola. Crispy Cornettos for breakfast and sublime handmade Tortelli and Agnelotti. Mamma Mia! Friday was a Caribbean night at the Flash Deli. Joined by Kai from YAM, guests enjoyed coconut granola and Nan’s Currie and goat—an instant sell-out.
